WED

Breakfast: coffee, almonds, pear
Lunch:meat suace, almonds, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: veggie omelet, sausage

Tuesday...NOT GOOD!

Breakfast:coffee, almonds.turkey
Lunch: meat sauce with spaghetti squash, almonds
Dinner:FIVE GUYS....need I say More!!! DAMMMIT!!!!

Monday...almost over...for the record anyway!!!

Breakfast: black coffee, pear, almonds
Lunch: salad with chicken, dates( thanks Shannon!)
Dinner: indian slaw...(ask Jason for recipe) and chicken breast..almonds/macadamia nuts

Sunday

Breakfast: veggie and meat omelet and fruit...black coffee
Lunch: turkey and almonds
Dinner: meat sauce with spaghetti squash

Saturday....soccer field and sunburn

Breakfast: coffe with cream...my weekly treat
Lunch: smoked turkey sandwich...yes I ate the bun!!!! One cocktail...damn Chili's!!!!
Dinner: blakened tuna ...three blue moons....does the orange in my beer count for anything????

Friday

Breakfast: black coffee, zone bar
Lunch: skipped...too busy at work
Dinner: grouper picatta, sauteed veggies...one glass red wine

Thursday

Breakfast: out the door fast with black coffee
Lunch:turkey, almonds, grapes
Dinner: chicken breast, capers, tomatoes, sauteed veggies
