Breakfast: black coffee, pear, almonds Lunch: salad with chicken, dates( thanks Shannon!) Dinner: indian slaw...(ask Jason for recipe) and chicken breast..almonds/macadamia nuts
Breakfast: coffe with cream...my weekly treat Lunch: smoked turkey sandwich...yes I ate the bun!!!! One cocktail...damn Chili's!!!! Dinner: blakened tuna ...three blue moons....does the orange in my beer count for anything????
If anyone would have told me 2 years ago that I would be working out and lifting weights...I would have told them they are crazy. Well here I am and actually enjoying it...(don't tell Jason) Cross fit has changed my outlook on diet and exercise..I was the girl that never broke a sweat at the gym!! NOT ANYMORE!! I have muscle in places I never knew had muscle and I feel incredible! My goal is to be toned and comfortable in a bathing suit before I turn 40...I better get to work!!!! Cross Fit is the only workout I have stuck with and have achieved the results I love!
