Breakfast...veggie omelet topped with salsa, had a few almonds, hot tea
Lunch...salad topped with hard boiled egg, chicken, peppers few olives, almonds with seasoned oil!
Snack: a red pear
Dinner: Spaghetti squash topped with grilled veggies, chicken and a tomato sauce! That was really GOOD!
Feeling dull...not too many workouts this week....but had a lot of energy at night which is completely not like me!!!
Monday night we made paleo cookies...I believe that i over indulged in those...so I will not be making those again!!!
