First Day Paleo...ALL THE WAY

Ok so my first day....ummm....set myself up for failure...got up late and did not have breakfast....workout went well despite the BLACK coffee....and did not eat again until about 3pm....had a salad with chicken breast and lots of veggies.....completely satisfying! Dinner was chicken sliders...sauteed with onions and a shit ton of broccolli!!! Again satisfied...drank not enough water ....but am getting back on track!
