Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, black coffee (no time for protein)...can't eat meat today...i did not give myself time to make eggs!
Lunch: salad with eggs and veggies, 1/2 avocado
Dinner: Mr Mees...tuna tataki, spicy tuna...a few sushi rolls that did have rice....1 glass merlot
Dessert: a mini snickers bar blizzard...now that was good!!!!
