I Have Got To Learn How To Do Doubleunders!!!!

That workout sucked!!!! The jump ropes kicked my butt!!! Breakfast was a peach, some almonds and some chicken. Lunch...thank God for Jason was shrimp and a spinach salad...which , because I was so busy at work is still sitting in the fridge at work!! I did manage to eat a few shrimp...that held me over till dinner...which to my suprise we actually managed to get rid of our girls for a little while and had dinner alone!!! That rarely happens...but was great. Went to Outback...ok...the smell of the bread, blooming onion, baked potatoes was killing me....but i survived ate a ribeye, sauteed veggies and a salad!!! Was awesome and felt good after eating so clean///oh yeah we split the appetizer ahi tuna...that was delicious!! I was really jonesin (is that a word??) for a Starbucks cinnamon dolce latte...but walked around Fresh Market instead and bought some new goodies for our pantry this week!!!
