I am amazed at the strength of a mother who has lost her child just over a month ago...and had it in her to put together The Piper 5k ....the thought of it all blew me away. I went to this race in support of the family and of course the cause....I knew I wouldn't run the whole time ....being that my 8yr old tagged along with me....the feeling of finishing this race ....even if just walking/running on occasion...totally made me respect those of you who enter these races all the time!! If even for a moment in my day I felt like cheating...I just couldn't.... knowing the enormous sacrifice this family has endured...strength can come from so many places!!! God Bless this family and little Piper!!
Breakfast:banana,6 almonds,1 hard boiled egg
Lunch: burger, topped with avocado and chili (no beans)...side salad..iced tea...unsweetened
Dinner..breakfast for dinner...three egg omelet..with mushrooms, onions, green pepper....followed by a few almonds
