Dead in the HEAD!!

I wish I was one of you crossfitters who knew how to get out of my own head....I know I can lift nore than 153lbs...but my mind over ruled me...Focus!!!! Why can't I focus!!???

Breakfast: 3 slices chicken , 1 hard boiled egg, almonds, black coffee

Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast, pear, almonds

Snack: paleo kit

Dinner: Morrocan Chicken salad...chicken, avocado, dates, almonds, cranberries, beets, chopped eggs...champagne vinegarette.....( i know I should have gone for just the oil)...the vinegarette was good!!

  1. I am a case myself. Can't tell you how many days my lifts have not been what they could be due to head games. Some days are better than others, I guess. Next time you'll get what you want, I bet :)
