Tuesday

Most days I am ok with breakfast....but I feel that with my crazy schedule during season that I need something quicker in the morning...I would be lying if I said I was organized and planned my meals the night before...that is just not true...I am usually half asleep on the sofa by 9pm....so Jason and I went to GNC to find a protein powder that I could use in the morning.....found Jay Robb Whey Protein powder.......does have small amount of stevia in it...which does not fit the diet...but atleast it is all natural!

Breakfast: protein shake...made with my coffee and some ice...felt like I was drinking a starbucks frapppechino..strawberries and almonds..on the side not in the shake
Lunch: chiken salad...just basically chicken, spices and onion cut up..almonds...fell short on the carbs here today!
snack: paleo kit (small)
Dinner: pork tenderloin,brussel sprouts..macadamias and almonds
