Forgot to set alarm...missed 8am...but made up later
Breakfast: two eggs over easy, 1/2 grapefruit few pieces of cantalope, 6 almonds
Lunch: turkey, cantalope, almonds
Dinner:sesame tuna side of broccoli..one paleo cocktail....all from Bonefish...it was our post Valentines Day dinner...mine Shannon's and Kristi's..that is!
Dessert: 1/3 lara bar and black coffee....who really brings their own dessert to a restaurant???? Good thinking Shannon!
