Tuesday

Breakfst: 2 hard boiled eggs,6 almonds, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs 6 almonds ,1/2 grapefruit
Snack: 1 cucumber, 1 tomato...thank-you Shannon!!!
Dinner: chicken, sauteed with veggies and red sauce..broccolli
