I am dreading being at the parade tonight...all that "carnival food" makes me wonder what I might do!!!
Breakfast: omelet with veggies ,1/2 grapefriut, few macadamias
Lunch: salad from Jason's Deli..loaded with veggies and topped with chicken
Dinner: after the 5k race ( i did not run)...we went to Publix and got some turkey, macadamia nuts and ate that so the carnival food didn't tempt us!!!
Ate some beef jerky while waiting on the runners...realized after one piece it was not Paleo...so...I fed it to the kids!!!
