woke up very hungry and soooooo wanting real food...which in my book means........bread!!!
made panckaes and sausage for the kids...managed to get through that
Breakfast: two eggs, 1/2 grapefruit, sausage
Lunch: turkey, almonds
Snack: lara bar, green tea
Not so easy to go to dinner at the inlaws and stay on track....so I managed to eat about four chips with mango salsa...a piece of colby cheese, and two glasses of red wine...although it was all good....i was pissed at myself...so tomorrow will be a better day!
Dinner:stone crab claws, salad, and fruit

If you can stand there and make the kids "real" pancakes and NOT cave-in then you are STRONGER then you give yourself credit for!!!
