I have absolutely shocked myself at the self control I actually do have!! I have gone this long and have had no desire to cheat!! Breakfast 2 hardboiled eggs topped with olive tapenade followed by turkey!!
Lunch: Cherries, turkey, a hard boiled egg topped again with the olive tapenade!!
Snack...apple Lara bar!! YUM YUM
Dinner: Chicken breast lightly dusted with almond meal and coconut flour...topped with tomatoe sauce and olives...sauteed spinach...few almonds!!! That was a delicious meal...obviously prepared by Jason!!!

dinner sounds fantastic. Way to go, girl! I found my self control doing this, too. Sometimes we just surprise our damn selves, yes?
