After surviving super bowl with no cheats ...I chose to join the fellow 8am crew to run and proceeded with 300m of lunges...Shannon you are one tough cookie....but it was worth it!!!
Breakfast: banana and almond butter...two hard boiled eggs. Lunch: spinach salad, shrimp, a pear and some almonds. Dinner: grass fed burger and a ton of steamed broccoli...followed by a few macadamias!!!!!
