Thursday

I find myself really not wanting to write all my food down...I must get regrouped here!!!
Breakfast: turkey, 1 egg, 1/2 grapefruit,almonds
Lunch: turkey, salad, 1/2 grapefruit, almonds
Dinner: salad topped with chicken, olives, veggies galore...used olive oil as dressing
