Today I can't eat meat...the choices are not great for me.....
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 grapefruit, some almonds
Lunch: shrimp, few macadamias, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: broiled fish. topped with roasted poblanos, spaghetti squash,few almonds
Dessert: lara bar
