Thursday

Breakfast: protein shake with fresh strawberries, almonds...tasted like a strawberry shake..watered down
Lunch : salad, with chicken peppers, onions and broccoli.threw some almonds on top as well..red pepper oil as dressing
Dinner: AMAZING chicken..topped with spinach, capers, olives and red tomato sauce, mashed turnips..followed by almonds....You can tell my chef was home tonight!!!!
